Leads Chapman Partnership’s fundraising and donor development efforts, managing major gifts, donor cultivation, stewardship, annual campaigns, signature events, and revenue-generating initiatives. Builds relationships with individual and corporate donors, volunteers, board members, and community stakeholders; manages donor portfolios and engagement plans; oversees development operations; and supervises two employees. Partners with senior leadership on solicitations, campaigns, case support, and strategic giving opportunities.
