Designs, deploys, secures, and maintains classified and unclassified network infrastructure supporting DoD missions. Manages Palo Alto firewalls and Aruba networking, implements segmentation and zero-trust controls, monitors performance, troubleshoots complex issues, remediates vulnerabilities, supports incident response, and ensures compliance with RMF, NIST, and STIG requirements. The role also contributes to system accreditation, ATO processes, documentation, and network modernization while collaborating with cybersecurity, systems, and DevOps teams.

Own and administer Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence across commercial and FedRAMP tenants. Manage user access, Marketplace apps, migrations, audits, change control, and stakeholder requirements. Serve as the Atlassian escalation point and provide training and operational support. Travel is minimal, up to approximately 10%.

Designs, administers, secures, and operates Windows Server and Azure infrastructure in a defense environment. Owns Active Directory, Entra ID, cloud resources, patching, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, automation, and security hardening. Leads infrastructure migrations and site deployments, resolves complex incidents, supports compliance requirements, mentors administrators, documents systems, and contributes to architecture and infrastructure planning. Participates in occasional after-hours maintenance and on-call support.

Develop content strategy, messaging, SEO/AEO/GEO initiatives, editorial standards, and social calendars. Create platform-specific content, manage publishing and engagement, analyze performance, monitor reputation, and coordinate event coverage and sensitive announcements. Partner with marketing, design, and communications teams while ensuring content meets government-sensitivity and export-control review requirements.

Own platform architecture, networking, security, reliability, observability, incident response, and secure identity and secrets management. Collaborate across engineering teams to evolve a production platform for growing sensor fleets, customers, and deployments.

Own the full lifecycle of interceptor special test equipment, including requirements, architecture, mechanical and electrical design, hardware build, automated testing, integration, qualification support, and production deployment. Design fixtures, racks, harnesses, instrumentation, HIL systems, and acceptance stations. Lead hands-on debugging, data acquisition, factory commissioning, configuration control, maintenance, and rate scaling for LRIP and production environments.

Build AI-driven pipelines and automated validation frameworks for radar, RF, sensor, software, firmware, and FPGA systems. Develop anomaly detection, root cause analysis, LLM-powered telemetry interpretation, monitoring dashboards, and CI/CD-integrated testing workflows. Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to improve defense and sensing products.
