Coordinate UK and EMEA People operations, recruitment scheduling and onsite logistics, and employee experience initiatives. Support onboarding/offboarding, benefits/payroll coordination, HR administration, interview and candidate logistics, events, and office workplace operations to deliver a seamless employee and candidate experience.

Provide day-to-day People Operations support including employee inquiries, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data entry (Rippling), reporting and audits, leave tracking, orientation facilitation, personnel file maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives. Own roadmap, design secure network topologies, implement Zero Trust and IaC standards, support NIST RMF/ATO artifacts, guide migrations, and mentor engineers while engaging government customers and ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, and DFARS.

Design and own enterprise application architecture for defense and GovCon programs. Lead integration across classified/unclassified and hybrid cloud/on‑prem environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government), define API and integration patterns, ensure DFARS/CMMC/NIST/ITAR compliance, support RMF authorization, liaise with government stakeholders, govern implementations, and maintain architecture documentation. Travel up to 10% CONUS.

Design and govern enterprise cloud architecture for classified and unclassified DoD/GovCon programs across AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and hybrid environments. Lead migration, IaC standards, Zero Trust and secure network topologies, support RMF/ATO activities, mentor engineers, and act as primary cloud technical authority for government customers.

Lead design and governance of enterprise application architecture across defense/GovCon programs. Define integration, API and platform strategy (ERP/CRM/ITSM), ensure compliance with DoD/IC regulations, support RMF authorization, and coordinate implementations across cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped environments. Act as technical liaison to government customers and drive secure, scalable architectures.

Design and govern enterprise cloud architecture for AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and hybrid environments supporting classified and unclassified defense programs. Lead migration, IaC standards, zero trust and secure networking, ATO/RMF artifacts, continuous monitoring, and mentor cloud engineering teams while engaging government customers and ensuring compliance with FedRAMP/NIST/DoD requirements.

Design and govern enterprise cloud architecture across AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and hybrid environments for classified and unclassified defense programs. Lead cloud security (Zero Trust, IAM, encryption), IaC standards, migration planning, ATO/SSP/RMF activities, and high-availability network designs. Serve as technical authority with government customers, mentor teams, and evaluate cloud technologies to ensure compliant, mission-ready solutions.
