Assess and mitigate supply chain risks for mechanical, electrical, and RF hardware. Qualify alternate suppliers and components, evaluate supplier capability and capacity, support make/buy decisions, provide DFM/DFA input, and coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, sourcing, SQE, and manufacturing to ensure supply continuity and resilience.

Lead software and system integration for radar platforms: system bring-up, configuration validation, deployment readiness, and root-cause debugging across BIOS, storage, Linux, networking, timing, containers, and deployment tooling. Support lab, production, and field integration; build automation, end-to-end UI tests, and documentation; collaborate with cross-functional engineers to isolate and resolve subsystem faults. Onsite in Los Angeles 4–5 days/week.

Develop and support R&D and production embedded software for next-generation radar products. Integrate software on COTS hardware, support deployed systems for U.S. and international customers, and collaborate on small teams. Work full-time on-site in Hawthorne, Los Angeles.

Hands-on integration and test of effector systems and subsystems for air defense: assemble and configure hardware/firmware/software, develop and execute test procedures (automated and manual), troubleshoot across embedded stack, support field testing and demonstrations, and create integration/test documentation and processes.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execute multi-channel campaigns, content, and product launches. Drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and campaign ROI measurement. Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, product, design, and technical teams. Manage project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Integrate and deploy CHAOS hardware and software in field environments, diagnose complex hardware/software/network issues, develop scripts and diagnostic tools, document configurations and troubleshooting, capture operational feedback for engineering, and travel to customer/test sites (up to ~50%) for deployments and mission support.

Design, build, and maintain hardware-in-the-loop test benches for effector platforms. Integrate high-fidelity simulation models and hardware components, develop automated test suites and regression frameworks, debug hardware-software interactions, maintain test infrastructure, document procedures, and support transition from HIL validation to integration and flight testing.

Manage the full subcontract lifecycle for major defense procurements, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance, CPSR-ready purchasing systems, cost/price analysis, flowdowns, supplier onboarding and risk management, and establish scalable subcontracting policies and audit-ready files.

Lead and scale end-to-end supply chain functions (procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, warehouse) to ensure material readiness and production supportability across prototype to full-rate production. Drive shortage management, material prioritization, ERP/MRP governance, cross-functional coordination, supplier performance, and executive reporting to support rapid production ramp and operational growth.

Lead design, analysis, integration, and verification of high-reliability RF and microwave electronics for aerospace and defense systems. Perform architecture and component trade studies, develop schematics and layouts, run linear/nonlinear/EM simulations, support PCB layout and RF stack-up, plan and execute RF testing, and provide production and field support across the product lifecycle.

Lead House-focused government relations for a defense company: develop and execute appropriations and authorization strategies, engage congressional stakeholders and committees, advise executives and program teams on funding and policy, coordinate political/PAC activities, and represent the company on Capitol Hill at hearings and briefings.

Serve as technical authority for high-speed digital circuit design and SI/PI across product lifecycle. Lead PCB/PCBA architecture, layout strategy, analysis, verification, production transition, failure analysis, and cross-disciplinary troubleshooting. Mentor teams and interface with customers, vendors, and program leadership for aerospace and military-grade electronics.

Lead design and development of advanced radar signal-processing algorithms and modes for detection, tracking, and classification. Implement and optimize algorithms for real-time performance in software (C++, Python, MATLAB) and hardware (FPGAs, DSPs). Lead U.S. Air Force capture efforts by conducting market and competitive research, qualifying opportunities, developing capture plans and win themes, and producing RFx/proposal content. Coordinate with engineering and BD to align product roadmaps with customer needs. Represent the company in customer engagements and industry events. Position is full-time onsite in Washington, D.C., with light travel and requires eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.

Design, develop, and integrate embedded Linux software for next-generation radar products. Support R&D, production, system integration on custom hardware, and deployed customer systems. Collaborate on-board with small teams and travel occasionally between San Diego and Hawthorne.

Lead end-to-end mechanical design and integration of missile and UAV launcher systems for ground and maritime platforms. Own mechanical architecture, interfaces, environmental and blast/thermal mitigation, mechanisms, safety/safing features, compliance to military standards, production transition, and supplier/subcontract technical management.

Integrate and maintain CHAOS hardware, sensors, and software in customer environments; debug complex hardware/software/network issues; build diagnostics and automation; document configurations and troubleshooting; capture operational feedback and support deployments and mission operations (travel up to 50%).

Lead DFMA, producibility, and transition-to-production for low-cost interceptor systems. Drive cost, yield, tooling, and automation decisions; develop MBOMs, work instructions, and validation plans; support pilot builds, supplier integration, and production ramp to rate.

Deploy, test, and troubleshoot RF systems and CHAOS products in the field; translate customer workflows into requirements; collaborate with engineering to shape product direction; build software bridging capabilities to missions; integrate edge sensor data; apply ML/AI to sensor problems; travel to customer sites (typically up to 25%).
