Own the architecture, technical strategy, and production deployment of autonomy software for distributed defense systems. Lead development of sensor fusion, world modeling, mission planning, task allocation, real-time decision-making, simulation, and evaluation pipelines for resource-constrained field hardware. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, establish safety and testing standards, and translate operator needs into reliable autonomy capabilities from prototype through deployment.

Own and mature the cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance program. Responsibilities include managing risk assessments and registers, designing control frameworks and policies, administering GRC workflows, coordinating audits, tracking remediation, managing third-party and supply-chain cyber risk, and reporting risk posture to executives. The role requires collaboration across IT, cybersecurity, physical security, manufacturing, legal, compliance, and commercial teams. Leads company-wide data governance, lifecycle management, quality, lineage, security, and access controls. Partners with Foundry engineering to align ingestion, ETL, modeling, validation, monitoring, and analytical datasets with business needs. Oversees field data operations for test events, including sensor data capture, metadata, labeling, logistics, validation, reconciliation, and availability.
