Conduct full-cycle recruiting for Operations, Legal, and G&A roles, including sourcing, screening, pipeline development, candidate evaluation, offer closing, and candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders, analyze recruiting metrics, manage external agencies, and develop expertise in technical and regulated-industry talent markets. The 12-month contract requires working onsite three to four days weekly in El Segundo, California.

Design, analyze, prototype, integrate, and test antennas and RF front ends for radar, electronic warfare, and sensing systems. Support phased-array and AESA development, electromagnetic modeling, laboratory measurements, verification, qualification, design reviews, and cross-disciplinary hardware integration. The role is intended for an early-career engineer with graduate research or project experience in antennas, electromagnetics, RF systems, or related fields.

Design, analyze, integrate, and test antennas, phased arrays, and RF front ends for radar, electronic warfare, and sensing systems. Own development from architecture and requirements through qualification and production, using electromagnetic modeling, antenna measurements, and model-to-test correlation. Collaborate with RF, digital, mechanical, and thermal teams, guide technical decisions, resolve risks, support prototype and field integration, and contribute to design methods and research partnerships.
