Welcome guests, manage efficient check‑in/check‑out using the hotel PMS, handle inquiries, payments, and billing, coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance, answer phones, and maintain a professional front desk while following hotel policies and confidentiality procedures.

Manage backend production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and quality packaging. Execute packaging schedules, issue and return materials, complete pre-op checks, follow BOMs and specs, maintain inventory and documentation, enter finished goods, update tracking boards, assist with cleanouts and staging, and operate/troubleshoot production equipment.

Support housekeeping by delivering linens and supplies, collecting soiled items, maintaining cleanliness of public areas, assisting with deep cleaning and room turnovers, stocking closets, setting up guest items, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and following safety and sanitation policies.
