Welcome guests, manage efficient check‑in/check‑out using the hotel PMS, handle inquiries, payments, and billing, coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance, answer phones, and maintain a professional front desk while following hotel policies and confidentiality procedures.

Support housekeeping by delivering linens and supplies, collecting soiled items, maintaining cleanliness of public areas, assisting with deep cleaning and room turnovers, stocking closets, reporting maintenance or safety hazards, fulfilling guest requests (cribs/rollaways), and following safety and sanitation policies while providing courteous service.
