Lead and improve SMC mixing, compounding, and molding processes. Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; drive process development, scale-up, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives; support equipment design, start-up, and manufacturing problem-solving.

The Director-SMC leads manufacturing operations, ensuring timely production and quality delivery while managing schedules, training, and performance within budget.

Partner with site operations to drive EHS ownership: deliver training, investigate incidents, perform risk assessments and inspections, develop LOTO procedures, manage injuries through return-to-work, support safety committee, and maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards.
