Leads Change Church’s integrated creative communications and marketing strategy, including campaign development, messaging, writing, brand stewardship, social and digital direction, storytelling, project management, calendar ownership, and creative team leadership. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and external resources to translate ministry priorities into effective communication plans and deliverables. Supports worship experiences and special events while ensuring consistent, clear, and compelling brand communication.

Leads the planning and execution of complex church events across multiple campuses, managing project plans, timelines, budgets, vendors, staffing, volunteers, risks, readiness, event-day operations, and closeout. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, develops volunteer leaders, oversees event resources and procurement, maintains playbooks and reporting systems, and drives continuous improvement. It supervises event staff and supports worship experiences, conferences, and special events, including evening, weekend, and multi-campus work.

Provides high-level executive, administrative, personal, scheduling, travel, communication, and logistical support to the Lead Pastor. Manages complex calendars, priorities, correspondence, briefings, engagements, records, expenses, and follow-up while protecting confidentiality and anticipating needs. Coordinates ministry, marketplace, travel, and personal commitments, represents the Pastoral Office professionally, and supports events and special initiatives. The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, communication, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving in a high-touch environment.
