The Controller leads Change Church’s accounting function, overseeing the general ledger, monthly and year-end close, GAAP-aligned financial reporting, internal controls, accounting policies, audits, and financial systems. This role supervises the Assistant Controller, supports budgeting and variance analysis, maintains Sage Intacct and Ramp workflows, resolves accounting issues, and provides reliable financial insight to the CFO. The Controller also supports church events and ministry activities.

Chief Financial Officer responsible for strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, compliance, audits, risk management, contracts, systems, and multi-campus financial planning. Advises pastoral and executive leadership, oversees financial infrastructure and internal controls, and leads the finance team. The role also supports ministry events and requires alignment with Change Church’s Christian mission and values.
