Lead district-level construction finance activities including finalizing WIP schedules, monthly forecasting, risk identification, KPI monitoring, operational and financial planning, internal controls, and coaching accounting and operations teams to drive efficiency and accurate reporting.

Coordinate and maintain project documentation and logs, support project manager and superintendent, manage project administration (payroll, timekeeping, purchase orders), monitor compliance with codes and sustainability requirements, assist with trade contractor coordination, RFIs, invoices, and project reporting.

Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, bridges) across all phases. Own project delivery, budget, costs, timelines, forecasts, stakeholder coordination, and client communication. Coordinate and support VDC/BIM development across projects; mentor project teams; manage preconstruction, bidding, client relationships, project execution planning, and safety alignment. Provide technical VDC software guidance and ensure deliverables meet project commitments.

Manage estimating, budgeting, tendering, procurement, scheduling, site logistics, risk/forecasting, contracts, and client/subcontractor relationships. Mentor project teams and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Perform general construction site labour: follow safety protocols, support trades (carpenters, foremen), operate basic tools and equipment, handle concrete work, site prep/cleanup, material handling, formwork assembly/stripping, and occasional out-of-town work.

Lead development and management of the master construction schedule using Primavera P6; integrate sub-trade schedules, oversee resource loading and progress validation, perform delay and risk analyses, produce EVM reporting, engage stakeholders, conduct on-site validation, and mentor junior planners to support on-time delivery of a major multi-billion-dollar infrastructure program.

Own day-to-day project cost control for the ANMRC, including budget formulation, EVM baselines, cost-to-complete forecasting, cash flow and contingency tracking, change impact assessment, cost reporting/analytics, cost risk analysis, procurement alignment, and onsite cost validation to support on-budget delivery within an IPD environment.
