Build talent pipelines, advise leaders, conduct competency-based interviews, optimize ATS workflows and reporting, strengthen employer branding, engage passive candidates, analyze labor markets and recruitment metrics, support workforce planning, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Represent the organization at industry events and develop relationships with candidates, associations, educational institutions, and community partners.

Own the integrated project controls function combining cost control and planning/scheduling. Maintain cost-loaded master schedule in Primavera P6, manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow and contingency, apply EVM, perform risk and change analysis, produce reports/dashboards, validate on-site progress, and engage stakeholders to mitigate cost and schedule risk on large capital projects.
