Develops financial and operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, workflows, and Excel models. Cleans and analyzes data from multiple systems, identifies trends and anomalies, supports Power BI and financial reporting solutions, troubleshoots discrepancies, and partners with Finance and Operations stakeholders. The role also documents reporting processes, supports system implementations and upgrades, trains teams on dashboards, and improves reporting efficiency, automation, and data quality.

Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, bridges) across all phases. Own project delivery, budgets, schedules, forecasts, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership while ensuring specifications and client satisfaction.

Own the integrated project controls function combining cost control and planning/scheduling. Maintain cost-loaded master schedule in Primavera P6, manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow and contingency, apply EVM, perform risk and change analysis, produce reports/dashboards, validate on-site progress, and engage stakeholders to mitigate cost and schedule risk on large capital projects.
