Supports Project Managers and Superintendents in organizing, administering, and controlling construction projects. Responsibilities include tendering, preparing contract and scope documents, procurement, subcontract and purchase order issuance, project administration, safety compliance, and construction site mobilization. The role may independently manage smaller projects under supervision and requires knowledge of construction trades, plans, specifications, contracts, and contractual models.

Coordinates construction project administration under the direction of a Project Manager. Maintains documentation, reporting procedures, drawing and shop-drawing controls, RFIs, contractor logs, invoices, payroll, coding, safety reports, and compliance records. Supports project managers and superintendents with trade contractor meetings, progress claims, change orders, site instructions, sustainability requirements, and plan reviews. Requires construction coordination experience with a general contractor and knowledge of project plans, specifications, codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles. Build talent pipelines, advise leaders, conduct structured interviews, optimize ATS workflows and reporting, support employer branding and recruitment marketing, develop candidate and industry networks, analyze labor-market and hiring metrics, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
