Oversee project managers, budgeting, scheduling, contract and risk management, client relationships, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting business development and mentoring teams.

Lead full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial and institutional projects from pre-construction through close-out. Manage contract models (CM and stipulated-sum), schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk/tender recaps, subtrade buy-out, and site logistics. Mentor project teams, enforce quality and safety systems, and drive continuous improvement.
