Manage customer programs end-to-end from contract award through delivery, coordinating production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance. Maintain schedules, budgets, risk and change logs, support customer interactions and audits, coordinate FAI and documentation in ERP, and ensure compliance with aerospace/medical/defense quality and regulatory standards.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment runs (checks/ACH/wires), expense report review, A/P aging and GRNI management. Support month-end/year-end close, journal entries, audits, 1099 and government reporting, A/R cross-support, A/P automation and process improvements, and vendor inquiry resolution.

Set up, operate, and inspect CNC mills and lathes (including 5-axis machines) to produce complex parts to tight tolerances. Perform program transfers, tool offsets, setups, finishing, routine PM, material handling, and SPC-based quality checks. Support continuous improvement, 5S, Lean initiatives, and maintain safety and documentation.

Operate and set up CNC lathes, perform basic and complex setups, transfer programs, perform quality checks and inspections (per blueprints/GD&T), maintain tooling and machines, deburr and finish parts, run multiple machines, operate CMM, follow safety/lean practices, and train others as needed.

Lead production planning, master scheduling, capacity planning, and forecasting across multiple manufacturing sites. Own Epicor-based scheduling, apply BI/AI analytics to optimize schedules, manage planning team, collaborate cross-functionally, drive continuous improvement, manage inventory parameters, and support NPI and product change management to maximize on-time delivery and utilization.

Set up, operate, and verify quality of CNC turning (lathe), Swiss turning, and milling equipment to produce complex, tight-tolerance parts. Work in a team-oriented precision manufacturing environment supporting aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor customers. Multiple shifts available.

Lead medium- to high-complexity customer programs from kickoff through production, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, cost control, and compliance (AS9100/ISO/ITAR). Act as customer liaison, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules/budgets, resolve escalations, support quoting, and mentor program managers while driving continuous improvement.

Lead technical manufacturing initiatives for precision CNC machining, automation, tooling and process optimization. Drive new product introductions, fixture and workholding design, root-cause investigations, DFM with customers, and continuous improvement while mentoring engineers and establishing engineering standards.

Set up and operate HAAS and FANUC CNC machines, edit EIA/ISO (G-Code) programs, and machine small parts to close tolerances. Independently perform machine setups, ensure part quality, and work assigned shifts at the Wyoming, MN facility as part of a precision manufacturing team.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier commercial strategy for U.S. operations. Negotiate long-term agreements and stocking terms, manage supplier performance and scorecards, drive market intelligence and data-backed sourcing decisions, support pricing and buyer escalations, mitigate supply risk, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize cost, continuity, and program profitability.

Create and maintain CNC programs from prototype to production using CAD/CAM. Develop fixtures, tooling, and processes; support NPI and engineering change activities. Provide technical support to machining operations, implement process improvements, perform cost and capacity analyses, and ensure quality through metrology and SPC methods.
