Manages client-facing scientific data and bioinformatics projects from scoping through delivery. Coordinates Data Engineering and Bioinformatics teams, defines requirements, oversees data access and analyses, performs quality control, prepares reports and documentation, tracks revenue, and communicates progress to clients. Provides scientific pre-sales support, recommends oncology model applications, supports client relationships, and identifies new opportunities. Requires expertise in preclinical oncology, multi-omic data, RNA-seq, whole exome sequencing, project management, and technical communication.

Drives business development and sales for translational oncology research solutions across Asia. Identifies and develops biopharma opportunities, conducts scientific client discussions, manages sales cycles and statements of work, builds client relationships, presents tailored solutions, forecasts pipelines, and collaborates with Medical Affairs, R&D, project leadership, and operations teams. Requires strong oncology and immuno-oncology expertise, biopharma industry knowledge, and the ability to develop and grow a client base.

Designs and executes radiolabeling and conjugation reactions for diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals. Develops protocols, performs analytical quality control and stability testing, interprets in vivo biodistribution, pharmacokinetic, imaging, and dosimetry data, and maintains compliant technical documentation. Trains junior staff, supports laboratory equipment implementation, manages radioactive materials, and collaborates with scientific and project teams in preclinical study execution.
