Provides hands-on logistical, administrative, inventory, and event support for organizational, employee experience, community engagement, and brand initiatives. Responsibilities include managing supplies and promotional materials, preparing and distributing resources, supporting events and recruiting activities, maintaining records, coordinating deliveries between locations, and completing errands. Requires strong organization, communication, reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift and transport materials. A valid North Carolina driver’s license is required.

Develops creative marketing concepts, written and multimedia content, graphic designs, email campaigns, automation workflows, website updates, and digital advertising assets. Manages brand consistency, campaign performance analysis, SEO support, vendor coordination, accessibility, compliance, and multiple creative projects. Requires marketing, design, storytelling, automation, and digital campaign skills.

Leads daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave, accommodations, compliance, HRIS administration, and reporting. Develops policies, manages HR projects and budgets, supervises HR staff, advises leaders, and supports employee engagement and organizational development. Requires sound judgment, confidentiality, employment-law knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage sensitive matters and operational priorities.
