Own health system implementations and provider practice activation from agreement through go-live and steady-state operations. Manage enterprise relationships, participation agreements, onboarding, network density, reporting, and cross-functional workstreams. Build implementation playbooks, operating cadences, performance analyses, and opportunity plans while partnering with clinical, product, data, payer, legal, and practice teams. The role requires strong project management, analytical fluency, healthcare contracting knowledge, and regular travel to partner sites.

Own a healthcare sales territory and close partnership agreements with cardiology practices, hospital-owned groups, and health systems. Build executive and physician relationships, communicate value-based care economics, navigate complex stakeholder decisions, generate pipeline, manage forecasts and CRM hygiene, negotiate terms, and exceed activity and quota targets. The role also helps develop repeatable sales processes and messaging in an early-stage company, with frequent in-person travel required.

Own Chamber’s central analytics and reporting function for value-based cardiology contracts and clinical programs. Build SQL models, governed metric definitions, a semantic layer, data-quality standards, executive and board reporting, payer deliverables, SLA tracking, and clinical analytics foundations. Establish reporting governance so finance, clinical, and operations teams can self-serve trusted insights. This hands-on player-coach role requires healthcare claims and clinical data expertise, value-based care fluency, and the ability to build a reporting function from scratch.

Build and lead Chamber’s healthcare compliance function across regulatory, corporate, clinical, government programs, privacy, HIPAA, IT/security oversight, and internal audit. Responsibilities include developing compliance strategy, managing Medicare and Medicaid requirements, standardizing clinical compliance, overseeing audits and investigations, maintaining policies and training, and partnering cross-functionally on risk controls, AI-enabled workflows, payer relationships, and multi-state expansion.
