Build and manage Chamber’s member engagement operations, including HubSpot CRM architecture, lifecycle campaigns, workflows, automations, segmentation, and data hygiene. Lead multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, phone, and print; manage deliverability and SMS compliance; analyze performance; and coordinate vendors and agencies. Establish campaign QA and operating standards, launch member journeys, optimize activation and retention, and partner cross-functionally to scale engagement programs.

Designs and maintains scalable ETL pipelines, data models, integrations, cloud databases, and healthcare data infrastructure. Ensures security, HIPAA/HITRUST compliance, reliability, monitoring, and documentation while collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical teams. Requires strong SQL and Python expertise, modern data warehousing and orchestration experience, cloud platform knowledge, and familiarity with healthcare interoperability and claims data.

Build financial infrastructure supporting provider economics, strategic growth, budgeting, forecasting, market-level P&Ls, and executive decision-making. Evaluate provider deals and partnerships, maintain KPI reporting, perform variance analysis, and automate recurring financial workflows using AI tools such as Claude. Partner with Growth, Finance, and Network Operations to develop financial models, scenarios, incentive structures, and resource allocation recommendations.
