Build and operate Chamber's IT and security infrastructure: manage macOS/Windows endpoints, identity (Okta/Azure AD/M365), endpoint protection (Sophos), monitoring (Datadog), incident response, compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA), and run day-to-day IT support and onboarding/offboarding processes.

Lead design and build of read/write EHR integrations using FHIR/HL7/C-CDA, deliver clinical notifications into provider workflows, apply AI to extract and route unstructured data, support payer and partner data flows, and implement monitoring, error-handling, and documentation to scale integrations.

The Staff/Principal Full Stack Engineer will design and build core web applications, backend services, and integrate AI capabilities for healthcare-focused operational tools.
