Supports Business Development Managers and financial advisers by maintaining relationships, driving retention and sales, demonstrating retirement income strategies, assisting with administration and implementation, training users on quoting tools, resolving product queries, and tracking funds flow. The role requires financial services experience, strong customer service and communication skills, relevant financial product exposure, and RG146 qualifications across managed investments, superannuation, life insurance, securities, and derivatives.

Leads origination, structuring, execution, financing, and ongoing management of whole-loan and asset-backed transactions. Responsibilities include investment due diligence, pricing, financial modelling, scenario analysis, stakeholder and counterparty management, portfolio oversight, covenant monitoring, restructures, governance, risk management, and developing team capability.

Lead the greenfield development of Challenger’s React digital platform. Own React architecture, engineering standards, reusable component libraries, API and BFF integrations, CI/CD pipelines, quality controls, security, performance, accessibility and observability. Provide hands-on coding, code reviews and technical leadership while influencing internal teams and delivery partners. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Design, Security and Accenture teams to establish scalable digital portal foundations and grow internal React capability.
