Own end-to-end backend platform features for blockchain infrastructure: define problems, design and build backend services/APIs and internal tools, deploy and operate in Kubernetes, measure product metrics, reduce friction, and collaborate across product, DevOps, support, and sales.

Provide end-to-end technical support for blockchain infrastructure on Chainstack: investigate and resolve customer issues across RPC, WebSocket, nodes, APIs, and configuration; reproduce and explain problems using logs, explorers, and tools; collaborate with engineering and product teams; maintain runbooks, KB articles, and AI-assisted workflows; and contribute to support quality and cross-timezone coverage.

The Account Executive generates new revenue from target accounts, leveraging chainstack's products, while understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
