Support and optimize Intake-to-Pay and Purchase-to-Pay systems (Coupa/Levelpath/ERP). Troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, configure workflows and user access, onboard suppliers, monitor performance, gather requirements, and drive continuous improvement to keep procurement and invoicing processes running smoothly.

Manage and reconcile freight payables and receivables, troubleshoot invoicing discrepancies, respond to carrier and client billing queries, maintain fuel surcharge and reporting routines, support compliance, run aging reports, and drive operational efficiency and training.
