Develop and support scalable software for the Navisphere Carrier platform, including responsive React front-end experiences and object-oriented back-end applications. Translate requirements into designs, write and review code, create automated tests, improve performance and reliability, resolve production issues, document features, apply secure programming practices, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product and engineering teams while contributing to agile development, continuous improvement, and modern AI-assisted engineering practices.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts by developing strategic relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, designing supply chain solutions, and improving account profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing daily commitments, developing pricing strategies, resolving customer issues, tracking performance metrics, and leading business reviews and customer meetings. The role requires at least two years of sales or account management experience and up to 25% travel.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building relationships, re-engaging dormant accounts, quoting and pricing freight, coordinating carriers and internal partners, resolving escalations, and using AI tools and data to uncover growth opportunities. Support teammates, adopt new tools and SOPs, and contribute to daily priorities to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
