Manage end-to-end commercial invoicing, ensure timely accurate invoice release, perform root-cause analysis, create and implement SOPs, handle customer invoice requests, collaborate with AR and collections, propose process improvements, and maintain AP customer relationships.

Manage daily transportation activities including booking and building loads in the TMS, coordinating carriers and customers, tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, scheduling appointments, maintaining documentation and reports, conducting systems trainings, and supporting continuous improvement projects to ensure service quality and efficiency.

Coordinate and execute transportation arrangements, monitor load boards and TMS, communicate with carriers and customers, resolve shipment issues, maintain reports and SOPs, train external CHR users, meet operational metrics, and identify process improvements to drive customer satisfaction and cost savings.
