Provides IT helpdesk support for on-site and remote users by diagnosing technical incidents involving computers, networks, conference equipment, and peripherals. Supports information security incident escalation, ITIL process documentation, network service monitoring, asset inventory maintenance, and end-user assistance with Office 365, conferencing, and business applications.

Leads planning, coordination, delivery, monitoring, reporting, budgeting, partner management, contracting, donor compliance, and risk management for two international environmental projects. The role coordinates consortium partners, Steering Committees, MEL processes, safeguards, financial tracking, audits, meetings, documentation, and knowledge products across Latin America.

Supports the HR Business Partner team across talent acquisition and employee experience activities. Responsibilities include publishing job postings, assisting recruitment, maintaining HR databases, preparing KPI reports and training materials, supporting induction and engagement events, and organizing stakeholder data. The intern must be a current student, communicate fluently in English, demonstrate analytical and interpersonal skills, and work at least 30 hours weekly.
