Support design and implement a defined hybrid breeding research experiment; perform literature reviews, collect field and greenhouse data, manage and analyze datasets (using R), assist greenhouse breeding operations (crossing, seed management), and prepare technical reports and presentations. Work closely with the potato breeding team at PQS-Muguga.

Support IT unit in maintaining business applications (ERP, BI, SharePoint), network infrastructure, and information security. Document ITIL-based procedures, develop SharePoint sites and Power Platform solutions, monitor datacenter and network services, and update infrastructure inventory.

Provide frontline IT support diagnosing and resolving incidents for computers, networks, conference equipment and peripherals; monitor network services; maintain IT asset inventory; document ITIL-aligned processes; support Office 365, web conferencing and business applications; and assist with information security event handling and escalation.
