Support and maintain the Bank's compliance and BSA/AML programs: assist the BSA Officer, monitor customer due diligence, maintain BSA software and recordkeeping, process CTRs, analyze transactions for suspicious activity and escalate or file SARs, prepare reports, support audits/regulators, and complete assigned compliance projects.

Provide commercial loan servicing and administrative support across loan operations: system setup, documentation review, transaction processing, customer inquiries, reporting for leadership, GL reconciliation, and cross-functional support to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and efficient loan servicing.

The Compliance and BSA Officer ensures compliance with the Bank Security Act and oversees the BSA/AML/OFAC program, providing guidance, monitoring risks, and maintaining reporting systems. The role involves training staff, handling audits, and updating policies.
