Support culinary and service teams during events by maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas. Set up and break down event spaces, wash and sanitize dishes and equipment, manage supplies and waste, report maintenance needs, and follow health and safety standards to ensure efficient event operations.

Create custom wedding and event floral designs — bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, and large installations. Condition and manage flowers and inventory, collaborate with sales and event teams, prepare mock-ups, support onsite setup/teardown, and adhere to safety, sanitation, and production schedules.

Create customized floral arrangements and event installations for weddings and bridal events following recipes and brand guidelines. Collaborate with sales, event designers, and warehouse teams to prepare, transport, and execute installations on schedule, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Lead venue operations, staff development, and client satisfaction for events. Manage P&L, budgets, inventory, compliance (ServSafe/RAMP), staffing, scheduling, and facility upkeep while coaching teams and ensuring service quality and safety.
