Manage India finance operations including GL, AP, month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC), banking, audit support, and financial controls. Oversee reporting, US GAAP reconciliations, transfer pricing, cash flow and treasury coordination, lead finance process transitions, and coordinate with global stakeholders and auditors to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

Own and execute month-end, quarterly, and annual close, consolidation, and reporting for multiple US entities. Manage project accounting, POC revenue recognition, job costing, intercompany reconciliations, and US GAAP compliance. Prepare audit-ready schedules, support audits, produce management reporting, and lead transitions and SOP development for controllership processes into the GCC. Mentor junior staff and communicate with US finance stakeholders.

Oversee daily heavy civil construction site activities for power grid resiliency projects: monitor work (concrete, pipes, earthworks), inspect sites and SWPPP, track progress against budget/schedule, prepare pay estimates, update as-built drawings, perform feasibility/environmental studies, and support project manager to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
