Leads construction and electrical installation for the Aguirre Project, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders. Manages schedules, budgets, procurement, manpower, RFIs, submittals, change orders, quality control, safety, testing, commissioning, and closeout. Reviews technical documentation, resolves field issues, monitors progress, and drives corrective actions to deliver project milestones in a field-based construction environment.

Senior HR leader reporting to the CEO who sets HR vision across multi-state and international operations. Oversees HR team, policies, compliance (including federal contractor rules), compensation and benefits, talent management, workforce planning, employee and labor relations, HR systems, and HR financial strategy. Requires travel up to 25% and occasional self-deployment to project sites.
