Manage day-to-day operations of two outpatient neurology clinics, oversee staff and providers, ensure regulatory compliance and quality, monitor KPIs and budgets, implement operational improvements, handle hiring/training, and support clinic growth and vendor/facility needs.

Performs EMG and NCV diagnostic testing under neurologist supervision, prepares and educates patients, assists physicians, ensures electrode placement and signal quality, maintains equipment, documents results in the EHR, and follows safety and compliance protocols.

Provide neuropsychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and psychotherapy for patients with TBI, PTSD, and other neurological conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation, participate in intake and ongoing care, perform neuropsychological testing, and contribute to clinical research.
