Manage operations, staff, and performance for two outpatient neurology clinics. Oversee scheduling, workflows, budgets, compliance, vendor/facility needs, and KPIs. Recruit, train, and coach clinical and front‑office teams; support providers and executive leadership to improve productivity, patient satisfaction, and readiness for audits and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain referral relationships with law firms, physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers. Prospect new referral sources through cold calling, networking, territory coverage, and onsite visits. Coordinate educational events and community outreach, track activity and pipeline in a CRM, report referral performance, and support clinic revenue growth by increasing referrals and converting partner relationships into patient volume.

Performs routine and ambulatory EEG studies in an outpatient neurology setting. Prepares and educates patients, obtains consent, applies electrodes using the International 10-20 system, monitors recordings, troubleshoots technical issues, documents findings in the EHR, maintains equipment, and follows infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic standards.
