Manage enterprise SaaS customer relationships throughout the lifecycle, driving product adoption, business value, renewals, and expansion. Conduct strategic business reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams, gather and advocate for customer feedback, and serve as a product expert. The role also involves optimizing Customer Success processes, managing milestones, and maintaining revenue retention or expansion targets.

Partner with sales to design and deliver IAM/IGA solutions and custom demos/POCs. Perform technical discovery, architect integrations using SAML/SCIM/REST, produce technical documentation, support RFPs, and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure smooth pre-sales to implementation handoffs.

Lead frontend development for Cerbys Access Management platform, building scalable React/Next.js SaaS features (password vaults, auth/IdP integrations, graph RBAC). Drive security-first engineering, dependency governance, performance, accessibility, testing, observability, and AI-assisted workflows while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.
