Oversees Sunshine Act and CMS Open Payments reporting, healthcare professional transparency submissions, state registrations, annual reports, and renewals. Supports technical accounting research, financial analysis, automation, and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage the companys compliance program for aggregate spend and transparency laws (Sunshine Act and state/international rules).
