Manages accounting compliance, close activities, tax compliance, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, regulatory filings, and process improvements. Oversees Sunshine Act and CMS Open Payments reporting, healthcare professional transparency submissions, state registrations, annual reports, and renewals. Supports technical accounting research, financial analysis, automation, and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage the companys compliance program for aggregate spend and transparency laws (Sunshine Act and state/international rules). Oversee reporting, investigations, audits, training, HCP engagement reviews, and compliance metrics while partnering with legal, commercial, medical affairs, and external vendors to ensure data integrity and remediation.

Support Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership with sales performance analytics, KPI frameworks, forecasting and scenario models. Perform deep analysis of sales, customer, and product data, deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, automate and improve reporting processes, and translate complex datasets into executive-ready insights to drive revenue performance and strategic decision-making.
