Support plant manufacturing by driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, lead lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen), optimize machine efficiency and workflow, manage capital projects and equipment installations, and collaborate cross-functionally to train staff and deliver measurable productivity gains.

Prepare, inspect, stage, and maintain change parts and materials for machine changeovers. Track change times, maintain tooling condition and inventory, mix inks, support make-ready SOPs, inspect incoming/outgoing product quality, coordinate with departments and vendors, perform physical inventories, handle hazardous chemical documentation, and support continuous improvement and cross-coverage on a 2nd-shift production floor.

Lead a production shift of ~25-30 employees to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Manage staffing, training, payroll (ADP), lean improvements, hourly quality checks, and employee relations including coaching and corrective actions. Provide schedule flexibility including Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Lead all plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing and distribution to meet production, quality, safety, and cost goals. Manage supervisors and line employees, enforce policies and regulations, drive preventive maintenance and process improvements, collaborate with sales on product development, and champion safety, quality, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

Manage full sales cycle for an assigned Midwest territory: generate leads, present proposals and RFP responses, close business, develop annual selling plans, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), build and maintain customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Sell Cenveo products and services across an assigned Southeast territory from lead generation through close. Develop selling plans, build client relationships, create proposals and RFP responses, maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce.com, meet sales goals, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage key strategic accounts as primary service contact: pricing, order entry/tracking, inventory, problem resolution, reporting, upselling, and coordinating with operations to ensure account profitability and customer satisfaction.

Oversee plant safety programs and OSHA compliance; conduct inspections, audits, hazard assessments and incident investigations; deliver training and toolbox talks; track safety metrics and corrective actions; promote PPE compliance and safety culture; coordinate emergency response and partner with production and maintenance. On-call availability outside standard hours; schedule includes some Saturdays.

Lead a production shift team to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Manage staffing, timekeeping, employee coaching, lean continuous improvement, hourly quality checks, and occasional weekend/OT to support manufacturing demands.

Support plant operations by performing accounting, inventory monitoring, month-end close, journal entries, financial statement analysis, budgeting variance analysis, audit support, working capital monitoring, and process improvement projects.

Supervise a 1st-shift production team (15–20 direct reports) to ensure safe, continuous envelope manufacturing. Manage staffing, payroll (ADP), quality, lean continuous improvement, training, employee relations, scheduling, and reporting. Provide coaching, enforce safety and standard work, and support hiring and overtime needs.

Process customer invoices and billing data accurately under supervision. Verify documentation, calculate freight and taxes, enter billing data, research account inquiries, run reports, and perform basic clerical duties such as filing and mailing invoices.
