Supports daily HR operations at a manufacturing facility, including employee relations, HR records, compliance documentation, recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee communications, training coordination, and workforce reporting. Maintains HRIS, timekeeping, personnel, and applicant records while assisting with audits and regulatory requirements. Serves as a resource for routine employee questions and escalates sensitive matters to the Plant Human Resources Manager.

Coordinates lithographic printing and prepress activities for custom envelope manufacturing. Reviews artwork and specifications, manages plates and revisions, schedules print jobs, communicates requirements to production teams, monitors supplies, coordinates vendors, ensures quality, resolves production issues, maintains records, supports estimating, and contributes to waste-reduction initiatives.

Provides financial leadership for a multi-site envelope manufacturing operation. Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, financial controls, and long-range planning. Partners with executive leadership and Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales to improve profitability, manage manufacturing costs, evaluate capital investments, and support strategic growth. Leads Plant Controllers, Finance Managers, and Analysts while driving reporting, process, and analytical improvements.

Supports production scheduling and order tracking by preparing job paperwork, coordinating materials and supplies, maintaining production and inventory records, communicating schedule and delivery updates, and assisting with inventory, billing, and administrative functions. The role operates across office and manufacturing environments, requires attention to detail, computer proficiency, basic calculations, and occasional overtime.

Supports plant-level financial operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include financial reporting, month-end close, accounts payable, inventory controls, budgeting, forecasting, cost and variance analysis, KPI reporting, compliance, ERP data integrity, and process improvement. Partners with production, supply chain, and plant leadership to evaluate operational performance, labor utilization, scrap, and efficiency trends.

Provide expert mechanical guidance on envelope converting machines: setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, training, quality control, safety enforcement, documentation, and production optimization to improve speeds and reduce downtime.

Sell Cenveo products and services across an assigned Southeast territory from lead generation through close. Develop selling plans, build client relationships, create proposals and RFP responses, maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce.com, meet sales goals, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage key strategic accounts as primary service contact: pricing, order entry/tracking, inventory, problem resolution, reporting, upselling, and coordinating with operations to ensure account profitability and customer satisfaction.
