Schedules manufacturing orders by assigning completion dates, production sequences, machine priorities, and delivery commitments. Develops routings and product assemblies, researches future envelope runs, maintains stock levels, publishes backlog and late-order reports, and communicates order status to customers. The role also requires safety compliance, basic math, planning, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with willingness to learn JD Edwards and OneMax.

Supports production scheduling and order tracking by preparing job paperwork, coordinating materials and supplies, maintaining production and inventory records, communicating schedule and delivery updates, and assisting with inventory, billing, and administrative functions. The role operates across office and manufacturing environments, requires attention to detail, computer proficiency, basic calculations, and occasional overtime.

Supports plant-level financial operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include financial reporting, month-end close, accounts payable, inventory controls, budgeting, forecasting, cost and variance analysis, KPI reporting, compliance, ERP data integrity, and process improvement. Partners with production, supply chain, and plant leadership to evaluate operational performance, labor utilization, scrap, and efficiency trends.
