Support plant manufacturing by driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, lead lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen), optimize machine efficiency and workflow, manage capital projects and equipment installations, and collaborate cross-functionally to train staff and deliver measurable productivity gains.

Prepare, inspect, stage, and maintain change parts and materials for machine changeovers. Track change times, maintain tooling condition and inventory, mix inks, support make-ready SOPs, inspect incoming/outgoing product quality, coordinate with departments and vendors, perform physical inventories, handle hazardous chemical documentation, and support continuous improvement and cross-coverage on a 2nd-shift production floor.

Lead a production shift of ~25-30 employees to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Manage staffing, training, payroll (ADP), lean improvements, hourly quality checks, and employee relations including coaching and corrective actions. Provide schedule flexibility including Saturdays and overtime as needed.
