Oversees purchasing and planning teams, manages supplier risk and working capital, improves ERP and forecasting processes, and reports performance, shortages, quality, and cost savings to executive leadership.

Leads credit, collections, and accounts receivable operations, including credit risk assessment, cash application, reconciliations, dispute resolution, aging management, monthly close, and bad debt reviews. Manages and develops the AR team, establishes controls and policies, improves cash conversion and working capital performance, supports reporting and audits, and partners with Sales, branches, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve payment issues.
