Process multi-state payrolls, including regular, supplemental, bonus, commission, and special payrolls using ADP Workforce Now. Prepare payroll journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, reporting, and support monthly close and audits. Reconcile payroll taxes, benefits, garnishments, retirement contributions, and other liabilities. Research discrepancies, strengthen internal controls, coordinate 401(k) activity, and provide accounting project support while maintaining confidentiality and segregation of duties.

Generate new sales activity, qualify customers and leads, develop relationships with prospective accounts, provide customer service, document sales activity in CRM and database tools, coordinate with Inside Sales and Regional Sales, and build knowledge of fastener products and industry requirements.

Supports account managers with customer service, sales order entry, quote and RFQ processing, vendor and customer order expediting, customer portal maintenance, contract pricing updates, program billing, kit management, and weekly open-order reporting. Communicates with customers, vendors, and account managers; maintains quote records and database notes; answers incoming calls; and uses Excel, Outlook, Word, and the company database to manage sales support activities.
