Manages complex projects from concept through completion, including scope, schedules, staffing, budgets, cost estimates, project controls, earned value reporting, contract negotiations, resource coordination, corrective actions, stakeholder communication, and lessons-learned reviews. Ensures projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and performance commitments while keeping senior leadership informed.

Plans, performs, and documents quality control inspections and oversight at nuclear facilities and suppliers. Identifies nonconformances, verifies corrective actions, manages inspection records, supports supplier evaluations, commercial-grade dedication, readiness reviews, investigations, and regulatory inspections. The role requires knowledge of NRC and DOE requirements, construction and manufacturing activities, quality certifications, strong computer skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q security clearance.

Establish and maintain software and firmware configuration management processes for engineering. Lead change boards, administer PDM/SWCM tools, support embedded/FPGA workflows, automate builds/releases with scripting, ensure traceability/compliance, and provide training and cross‑functional support.
