Lead presales architecture engagements spanning Azure infrastructure and networking, Microsoft AI, Fabric, data modernization, security, and managed services. Run discovery workshops, design and scope solutions, build proposals, estimates, pricing models, SOWs, proofs of concept, and executive presentations. Partner with sales, SMEs, and delivery teams to advance opportunities, ensure feasible handoffs, support RFPs, and develop reusable assets. Advise clients on cloud strategy, AI adoption, governance, responsible AI, and production readiness.

Develop and maintain in-house applications, SaaS workflows, containerized microservices, REST and SOAP integrations, and scalable APIs. The role includes testing, debugging, deployment support, system performance monitoring, documentation, environment maintenance, and identifying scalability improvements. Candidates will collaborate with development and testing teams in Agile, TDD, and CI/CD environments while supporting business automation and operational efficiency.

Manage a book of 75–100 mid-market accounts to drive retention and renewals. Monitor account health and usage trends, maintain Salesforce forecasting and pipeline, conduct virtual meetings and demos, collaborate with Customer Success and Technical teams to identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted campaigns to meet revenue retention quotas.

Lead presales engagements to design enterprise data platforms and governance on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks. Conduct discovery workshops, architect governance with Purview/Unity Catalog, define AI-readiness and Copilot access, author proposals/RFP responses, run POCs/demos, and partner with sales and delivery teams to size and transition engagements to managed services.

Provide Tier 2/3 network engineering and security support for managed services clients: plan and execute network projects, configure and maintain firewalls/VPNs, perform assessments, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, documentation, and participate in on-call rotations and after-hours change windows.

Hunter-style enterprise sales role focused on self-sourced, net-new logo acquisition for managed services, cloud, ERP, security, and data/analytics offerings. Responsible for territory planning, outbound prospecting, C-level selling, deal qualification, closing, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver multi-year services engagements and measurable business outcomes.
