Lead presales engagements to design enterprise data platforms and governance on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks. Conduct discovery workshops, architect governance with Purview/Unity Catalog, define AI-readiness and Copilot access, author proposals/RFP responses, run POCs/demos, and partner with sales and delivery teams to size and transition engagements to managed services.

Lead strategic management and expansion of enterprise client portfolios through renewals, cross-sell/upsell, advisory services, roadmap planning, deal leadership, and coordination with delivery, solutions, and executive teams to drive revenue and client outcomes.

Manage a book of 75–100 mid-market accounts to drive retention and renewals. Monitor account health and usage trends, maintain Salesforce forecasting and pipeline, conduct virtual meetings and demos, collaborate with Customer Success and Technical teams to identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted campaigns to meet revenue retention quotas.

Lead and deliver large, multi‑workstream business and technology transformation programs. Create roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, engage executives, enforce governance, track value realization, and coach cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, measurable outcomes.

Lead new-business hunting and enterprise consultative sales for cloud/IT solutions. Build pipeline, qualify opportunities, present to C-level, close deals, manage 3–5 key clients, and map technology platforms to business outcomes to exceed quotas.

Provide Tier 2/3 network engineering and security support for managed services clients: plan and execute network projects, configure and maintain firewalls/VPNs, perform assessments, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, documentation, and participate in on-call rotations and after-hours change windows.

Coordinate customer orders and small IT projects end-to-end: schedule resources, manage customer and supplier relationships, handle contract/billing changes, communicate status, participate in planning, and hand off to Service Assurance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Design and sell enterprise AI and application solutions on Microsoft Azure. Lead discovery workshops, define architectures (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, .NET/Python), produce ROM estimates, proposals, POCs, and executive presentations, and advise on responsible AI, integration, and delivery models while partnering with sales and delivery teams.
