The role involves outside sales, extensive regional and out-of-region travel, driving, occasional weekend work, and transporting marketing materials.

Manages company-wide human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance reporting, surveys, leadership meetings, and performance evaluation systems across clinic, residential, and business-office locations.

Assesses patient needs, establishes goals, coordinates services with families and external stakeholders, implements interventions, evaluates outcomes, and updates care plans. The role bridges clinical and administrative operations across clinic and residential sites, with some supervisory, on-call, and overtime responsibilities.

Performs neuroscience research tasks related to traumatic brain injury and stroke, including data collection, quality control, protocol compliance, data entry, participant recruitment, consent documentation, graphical data representation, and literature reviews. Supports research staff, maintains databases and libraries, collaborates with research partners, and participates in educational activities. Work occurs in clinic and office settings, with occasional weekend or night work and travel to other programs as requested.

Manages working-level relationships with California commercial health plans, delegated IPAs, and MSOs. Uses consultative sales and account-development practices to identify referral opportunities, position CNS services for complex neurological cases, resolve authorization, network, directory, claims, and referral barriers, and connect payer stakeholders with internal leaders. Tracks payer intelligence, competitor activity, referral trends, and operational issues while coordinating cross-functional improvements and increasing qualified commercial referrals and referral-to-admission conversion.

Greets and screens visitors, manages telephone calls and messages, handles mail, maintains office supplies and contact records, supports personnel administrative tasks, and creates data files for new patient referrals. The role also conducts radio communications with transportation staff and provides professional front-desk support in a traumatic brain injury care setting.

Provides clerical and patient-treatment support under licensed therapist supervision in physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments. Assists with therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, transfers, equipment handling, patient transportation, documentation, chart organization, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. Requires safe patient handling and the physical ability to assist patients weighing up to 150 pounds. This is a full-time weekday clinic position with occasional community or residential-site work.
