Administers employee benefits and total rewards programs, supports open enrollment, audits benefits data and deductions, coordinates vendor and HRIS integrations, assists with compliance filings, and resolves employee questions. Conducts benefits orientations and education sessions while supporting wellness, recognition, tuition reimbursement, and engagement initiatives. The role requires onsite collaboration with HR teams, vendors, managers, and employees.

Manages company-wide human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance reporting, surveys, leadership meetings, and performance evaluation systems across clinic, residential, and business-office locations.

Types, edits, formats, finalizes, duplicates, and files patient and clinical reports from drafts, emails, and re-edited documents. Consolidates reports from therapy and case management staff, maintains high accuracy, and occasionally answers telephones during receptionist absences. This is a full-time, weekday, on-site clerical position at a Bakersfield clinic, with occasional overtime.

Leads enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and strategic decision support. Partners with executives and operational leaders to assess performance, risks, opportunities, and business drivers. Oversees scenario analysis, M&A modeling, capital planning, board reporting, FP&A quality controls, process improvement, and team development.

Develops referrals for brain injury rehabilitation services by engaging physicians, insurers, case managers, discharge planners, patients, and families. Conducts referral calls, explains treatment programs, coordinates training and professional events, researches competitors, updates marketing databases, and represents CNS at conferences and trade shows. The role involves outside sales, extensive regional and out-of-region travel, driving, occasional weekend work, and transporting marketing materials.
