Leads enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and strategic decision support. Partners with executives and operational leaders to assess performance, risks, opportunities, and business drivers. Oversees scenario analysis, M&A modeling, capital planning, board reporting, FP&A quality controls, process improvement, and team development.

Develops referrals for brain injury rehabilitation services by engaging physicians, insurers, case managers, discharge planners, patients, and families. Conducts referral calls, explains treatment programs, coordinates training and professional events, researches competitors, updates marketing databases, and represents CNS at conferences and trade shows. The role involves outside sales, extensive regional and out-of-region travel, driving, occasional weekend work, and transporting marketing materials.

Manages company-wide human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance reporting, surveys, leadership meetings, and performance evaluation systems across clinic, residential, and business-office locations.
