Manages a residential rehabilitation program for individuals with traumatic brain injuries. Directs, hires, trains, and supervises staff; coordinates admissions, discharges, staffing, community services, facility tours, documentation, licensing compliance, and communication between residential and clinical teams. The role requires on-site management in a 24/7 facility, rotating on-call coverage, regulatory compliance, budget and records oversight, and maintenance of an Assisted Living Manager certification.

Leads enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and strategic decision support. Partners with executives and operational leaders to assess performance, risks, opportunities, and business drivers. Oversees scenario analysis, M&A modeling, capital planning, board reporting, FP&A quality controls, process improvement, and team development.

Greets and screens visitors, manages telephone calls and messages, handles mail, maintains office supplies and contact records, supports personnel administrative tasks, and creates data files for new patient referrals. The role also conducts radio communications with transportation staff and provides professional front-desk support in a traumatic brain injury care setting.
