Sell boats by engaging walk-in, phone, internet, and referral customers; conducting demonstrations and sea trials; identifying customer needs; managing CRM follow-up; recommending boats, motors, trailers, and accessories; and achieving sales goals. Build relationships throughout the purchasing process, coordinate with dealership teams, participate in events and outreach, and deliver a strong customer experience through delivery.

Sell new and pre-owned boats to retail customers by generating leads, prospecting, managing a pipeline, presenting products, conducting demonstrations and sea trials, negotiating, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires consistent follow-up, CRM usage, digital communication, inventory knowledge, referral development, and achievement of individual and dealership sales goals.

Manage consignment relationships and pipeline: source boat and equipment consignments, pursue outbound seller outreach, track leads through intake to sale, coordinate pricing and inventory details, support transactions and documentation, and collaborate with sales, service, and leadership to drive dealership inventory and sales.
