Coordinate dealership operations and customer experience across multiple locations by ensuring checklists and reports are completed, running and reviewing Lightspeed DMS reports, resolving escalated customer issues, tracking initiatives, supporting safety and training programs, and maintaining cross-location communication and documentation.

Manage the consignment process from initial seller contact through final sale: source inventory, build relationships with boat owners and buyers, follow up on leads, use online marketplaces and CRM tools, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and deliver responsive customer service to drive dealership inventory and sales.
