Provide agronomy expertise and service to growers to maintain and grow business. Make data-driven recommendations using Central Advantage and internal ag technology, complete sales calls, follow up, attend trainings, develop agronomy knowledge, obtain required certifications/licenses, and follow company SOPs and safety policies.

Support daily grain facility operations: receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending, conditioning and loading. Monitor grain quality, perform housekeeping and maintenance, operate heavy equipment, follow safety procedures, assist other departments, and work variable hours and locations (including nights, weekends, and harvest season).

Operate equipment for accurate application of agronomy products, maintain equipment, comply with safety regulations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Operate equipment for custom application of agronomy products, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain vehicle and equipment. Must have a CDL with endorsements.

Assist in the daily operations of grain facilities, including grain receiving, monitoring quality, housekeeping, and following safety procedures. Maintain equipment and provide excellent customer service.

Assist with production, mixing, grinding, loading/unloading feed, perform preventative maintenance, plan deliveries, follow safety/OSHA policies, and support mill operations.

The team member will operate equipment for accurate application of agronomy products, maintain compliance with safety and licensing regulations, and ensure good customer relations.

Perform agronomy site operations including product blending, loading, delivery, inventory management, equipment/facility maintenance, DOT compliance, customer service, and paperwork completion.

Perform hands-on agronomy site operations including product blending, loading, delivery, inventory management, equipment maintenance, paperwork, safety and DOT compliance. Provide customer service, assist other locations, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and follow company safety and appearance standards.

Manage daily operations of grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading. Supervise and train location employees, control expenses, ensure grain quality and safety compliance, coordinate maintenance and customer relations, and provide operational backup to the regional manager.
