Provides accounting support for a grain department, including settling customer purchase contracts and sales shipments, entering direct shipments, balancing daily position reports, reconciling accounts, and processing related documentation. Requires accounting education or equivalent experience, computerized accounting software experience, strong customer service, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and willingness to work extended seasonal hours.

Manages an agricultural cooperative branch, overseeing operations, employees, customer service, invoicing, sales support, facility and equipment maintenance, labor coordination, safety compliance, and financial and customer-service performance. The role supervises and develops employees, resolves customer concerns, supports agricultural sales and grain marketing activities, and communicates staffing, equipment, repair, and facility needs to management. A valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements and DOT medical certification are required.

Mix and manufacture custom feed, operate grinding and mixing equipment, load and unload ingredients and trucks, support delivery planning, monitor inventory needs, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain safe, clean operations in dusty indoor and outdoor environments.
