Lead and coach the Lending, Visa, and Member Solutions team to drive loan production, product penetration, and cross-selling. Manage sales strategy, monitor KPIs, support lending operations and compliance, coordinate training, and collaborate on process improvements and system implementations to grow revenue and enhance member experience.

Provide general administrative and front-desk support: manage phone system, supplies, filing, travel and meeting logistics, prepare reports, process invoices, maintain records, and assist senior leaders while handling confidential information.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the President/CEO and senior leaders: manage phones and front desk, schedule meetings and travel, maintain filing and inventory, process invoices and reports, handle confidential records, coordinate office maintenance, and support daily office operations.
