Perform accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions, process bi-weekly payroll, reconcile accounts and bank statements, prepare journal entries and financial statements, maintain Paylocity and NetSuite, assist with audits, 1099s, tax filings, 401k administration, and clerical document management while following internal controls.

Perform moderate and high-complexity blood donor and patient laboratory testing, interpret and report results, perform QC/QA, prepare blood components, support hospital customers, maintain regulatory compliance (CAP, CLIA, AABB, FDA, OSHA), train staff, and troubleshoot laboratory systems.

Manage hospital partner orders for blood products: label, pack, ship, and maintain inventory and records. Perform component preparation, quality control, cGMP-compliant processes, and occasional deliveries. Provide customer service, escalate issues, and maintain equipment and documentation.

Lead day-to-day hospital laboratory and blood center testing operations, perform moderate-to-high complexity immunohematology and donor testing, maintain QC/PM and cGMP/CLIA compliance, train staff, manage inventory/reagents, support inspections, serve as CLIA Technical Supervisor, and assist with component manufacturing and donor result reconciliation.
