Builds and manages partnerships with schools, businesses, churches, and community organizations to recruit blood donors and secure blood drive sponsorships. Plans and coordinates blood drives, achieves collection goals, delivers educational presentations, supports marketing and recruitment campaigns, tracks outreach and performance data, and collaborates with internal teams. The role requires regular territory travel, occasional evening or weekend work, public speaking, relationship-building, and accurate reporting.

Perform accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions, process bi-weekly payroll, reconcile accounts and bank statements, prepare journal entries and financial statements, maintain Paylocity and NetSuite, assist with audits, 1099s, tax filings, 401k administration, and clerical document management while following internal controls.
