Assists with managing agronomy operations, staff, scheduling, training, inventory, equipment dispatch, deliveries, product mixing, maintenance, safety, and customer service. The role operates agricultural equipment and trucks, supports employee performance management, maintains quality and facility standards, and helps improve operational efficiency. Seasonal extended hours, physical labor, hazardous materials exposure, and compliance with driver qualification and drug and alcohol policies are required.

Applies fertilizer and crop protection products safely and accurately to customer fields, operates and maintains application equipment, supports agronomy operations, provides customer service, and assists with shop and yard maintenance. The role requires safety compliance, dependable teamwork, effective communication, organization, attention to detail, and basic computer and mobile technology proficiency.

Leads daily agronomy operations, including scheduling, dispatch, inventory, equipment, facilities, and maintenance. Recruits, trains, schedules, and coaches staff while driving safety, service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Partners with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues and ensure reliable service. Requires agronomy or operations experience, leadership skills, equipment operation ability, and proficiency with operational software.
