Provide Level 3 support for managed services customers, troubleshooting servers, hypervisors, systems, and infrastructure. Provide hands-on SQL Server administration across production and non-production environments. Responsibilities include performance monitoring and tuning, backup and recovery, disaster recovery testing, SQL Agent and maintenance management, upgrades, migrations, patching, incident resolution, database deployments, documentation, and security governance. The DBA will support infrastructure, application, project, and vendor teams during operational activities and monthly operating system patching.

Conduct client discovery, document infrastructure, identify risks, develop migration plans, configure multi-vendor networking and security equipment, and lead post-migration stabilization. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams while presenting designs, plans, and recommendations. Troubleshoot complex network issues and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and documentation.

Lead commercial and operational transformation initiatives from concept through adoption and benefits realization. Translate executive priorities into delivery plans, governance, reporting, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams across People & Culture, Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, and Service Delivery. Support M&A integration and acquisition onboarding, manage change adoption and stakeholder readiness, track risks and benefits, and provide executive communication and continuous improvement.

Designs, implements, and manages Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud architectures for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include deploying Azure and M365 solutions, automating cloud platforms, developing infrastructure, supporting identity, security, networking, and endpoint management, documenting technical designs, providing escalated support and training, and assisting with testing and cloud projects.

Manage, secure, and optimise IT infrastructure; develop and support Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environments; maintain documentation; provide end-user support, training, and customer-focused troubleshooting across networking, Active Directory and VOIP solutions.

Design, deploy and support secure, scalable Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments. Provide 2nd/3rd level support for AD/Azure AD, AVD, M365, Exchange, and Windows Server. Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform/Bicep), manage incidents end-to-end, optimise system performance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors while ensuring compliance and strong customer service.

Provide Level 2/3 technical support and escalation for Microsoft 365, Azure and on-prem infrastructure. Administer servers, virtualization, networking, security and backup/DR, automate with PowerShell, produce documentation, mentor onsite ICT resource, support incident response and participate in after-hours critical support.

Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure. Manage Linux systems across on-prem and cloud, VMware/VMware Aria, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), networking (VLANs, DNS, load balancers, firewalls), automation/IaC, and sandboxed environments. Mentor teammates, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and deliver secure, high-performing infrastructure. On-site 12-month contract in Canberra; current TSPV clearance required.

Lead client engagements to define problem statements, analyse current and future states, design pragmatic roadmaps, run workshops, drive process improvements, support systems implementation lifecycle, and help embed change while progressing toward leading strategic initiatives.

Design, develop and support system-to-system integrations using C#/.NET and .NET 6+. Build two-way data interchange, consume and create REST APIs (JSON/XML), write unit tests, use Git and CI/CD, collaborate with BAs and stakeholders, produce technical documentation, troubleshoot and support integration testing. 12-month fixed term in Darwin; WWCC and Police Check required.
