Lead client engagements to define problem statements, analyse current and future states, design pragmatic roadmaps, run workshops, drive process improvements, support systems implementation lifecycle, and help embed change while progressing toward leading strategic initiatives.

Reverse engineers legacy applications and SSIS packages, supports InterSystems IRIS solutions, performs testing and troubleshooting, contributes to architecture and continuous improvement, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver reliable technical outcomes.

Provides administrative and coordination support across a consulting practice. Responsibilities include proposal research, project mobilisation, calendar and timesheet coordination, budget tracking, reporting, document preparation, project closure, consultant profile updates, template maintenance and process improvement. The role supports consultants and customer deliverables while requiring strong organisation, communication, attention to detail and Microsoft 365 proficiency. It is part time, three days per week, and suited to early-career applicants or people returning to work.

Leads end-to-end project delivery in a complex operational environment, managing plans, governance, budgets, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. Drives change management, business readiness, communications, training, system adoption, and transition to business-as-usual operations. Monitors milestones and outcomes, reports to senior leadership, facilitates workshops, and ensures projects deliver strategic and measurable business benefits.

Supports secure enterprise Wintel infrastructure in Australian Government environments. Responsibilities include implementing security controls, uplifting security posture, maintaining procedures, testing configurations, implementing Essential Eight strategies, automating administration and vulnerability assessments, and remediating cybersecurity risks. The role requires current NV2 or TSPV clearance and onsite work in ACT or VIC.

System Test Analyst responsible for designing and executing automated and manual testing across functional, integration, system, regression, API, end-to-end, and release scenarios. The role develops test frameworks, integrates automation into CI/CD pipelines, manages test data and defects, produces quality metrics, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to support a large-scale digital transformation program.

Manage relationships with education customers, primarily secondary schools, to drive satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account growth. Responsibilities include success planning, business reviews, customer health monitoring, risk management, technology adoption, and identifying aligned service opportunities. The role partners with sales, service delivery, technical, project, and onsite support teams while advising schools on managed IT services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, devices, networking, and digital learning environments.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack digital solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services, and modern web technologies. Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend services, manage source control and CI/CD pipelines, solve complex technical problems, and provide technical leadership. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable solutions and contribute to architecture, development standards, and reusable components.

Conduct manual and automated testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Design UI regression suites, perform API and integration testing, manage defects and test reporting, and integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams across functional, system, regression, integration, and UAT testing activities.

Designs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity environments. Monitors network performance, implements reliability and security upgrades, maintains documentation, manages changes in secure environments, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors on network projects. The role requires Palo Alto, Aruba, Fortinet, Azure networking, and an active NV1 security clearance.
