Work with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, model current and future processes, support solution design, testing, change readiness, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

Drive new business and grow customer base in Tasmania by developing and executing sales strategies, managing full sales cycle, building stakeholder relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful delivery, and staying abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities.

Deliver complex network projects from design through production across LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN/MPLS/VPN/wireless. Lead discovery, configure routers/switches/firewalls, perform cutovers and post‑migration stabilization, produce designs and plans, engage stakeholders, and improve project delivery processes.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing across system, integration, UAT, and production verification for complex digital transformation programs. Develop test strategies, plans, schedules, and reporting; manage test design, execution, defect tracking, risk escalation, stakeholder and vendor coordination, and drive QA governance and continuous improvement to support successful delivery.

Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure. Manage Linux systems across on-prem and cloud, VMware/VMware Aria, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), networking (VLANs, DNS, load balancers, firewalls), automation/IaC, and sandboxed environments. Mentor teammates, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and deliver secure, high-performing infrastructure. On-site 12-month contract in Canberra; current TSPV clearance required.

Design, build and operate CT hosting platforms across compute, virtualization, storage and OS layers. Provide Linux and VMware engineering, storage and backup solutions, automation, incident escalation, project delivery, documentation, mentoring and handover to operations.

Lead stabilization and modernization of the IT function: define operating model, create technology roadmap, establish governance and demand management, reduce technical debt, improve IT service delivery and cyber governance, assess team capability, recommend resourcing, build executive and stakeholder alignment, and deliver KPIs and transition plans to enable a future ERP transformation.

Manage end-to-end Problem Management in a managed/shared-services environment: identify recurring issues, coordinate root-cause investigations, track corrective actions, support incident/major incident response, run post-incident reviews, report trends, and engage stakeholders to reduce service disruption and operational risk.

Lead testing for a large digital transformation: develop test strategies/plans/cases, execute system/integration/UAT/PVT/regression testing, automate suites with TestComplete, perform API and data validation, manage defects in JIRA, coordinate UAT with stakeholders, and mentor junior testers.

Lead network infrastructure projects including deployment of switching and routing solutions. Ensure compliance in secure environments, optimize routing configurations, manage incident resolution, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Provide Level 2/3 technical support and specialist advice across enterprise Linux/Windows environments and Atlassian platforms. Lead Atlassian Server-to-Cloud migrations, perform systems analysis, implement complex changes, troubleshoot issues, produce technical documentation, and support ITIL-aligned change, incident, and problem management. Participate in after-hours maintenance when required.

Support delivery of technology strategy and GRC consulting by performing research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation. Help develop strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks, gap assessments and remediation plans while collaborating with technical specialists and building consulting capability.

The Data Analyst will analyze complex datasets, develop reports, collaborate with stakeholders, perform data cleansing, and support business planning to deliver actionable insights.

Design scalable, secure end-to-end solutions across cloud, modern workplace, security, networking and hybrid infrastructure. Produce HLDs/LLDs, roadmaps and decision records, embed security/compliance, support pre-sales, lead handover to delivery, and drive architecture standards and continuous improvement.

Design, deploy, configure, administer, and optimise enterprise storage and SAN infrastructures. Manage SAN switches and storage networking, support backup and recovery (Veeam), monitor and troubleshoot to ensure performance and availability, produce technical documentation, research emerging storage technologies, mentor junior engineers, and participate in after-hours/on-call support.
