Work with clients to scope and deliver technology-enabled transformations, develop ICT strategy and operating models, conduct research and stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, identify process improvements, support procurement and go-to-market activities, and assist Principal Consultants with strategy, roadmaps, delivery governance and change adoption.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing across system, integration, UAT, and production verification for complex digital transformation programs. Develop test strategies, plans, schedules, and reporting; manage test design, execution, defect tracking, risk escalation, stakeholder and vendor coordination, and drive QA governance and continuous improvement to support successful delivery.

Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure. Manage Linux systems across on-prem and cloud, VMware/VMware Aria, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), networking (VLANs, DNS, load balancers, firewalls), automation/IaC, and sandboxed environments. Mentor teammates, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and deliver secure, high-performing infrastructure. On-site 12-month contract in Canberra; current TSPV clearance required.

Provide L3 support for managed-services customers by troubleshooting servers, hypervisors and infrastructure, communicating with clients, maintaining documentation, mentoring juniors, joining paid on-call roster, and improving systems.

Lead requirements gathering, map current and future-state processes, document business and functional requirements, support solution design, integration, testing and implementation, facilitate stakeholder validation, and manage delivery with project teams and vendors on a 12-month on-site contract.

Lead client engagements to define problem statements, analyse current and future states, design pragmatic roadmaps, run workshops, drive process improvements, support systems implementation lifecycle, and help embed change while progressing toward leading strategic initiatives.

Lead user-centred research, business analysis and design activities to translate user and business needs into requirements, user stories, wireframes and prototypes. Conduct usability testing and UAT, engage stakeholders, collaborate with developers and change teams, support solution validation and change impact assessments, and produce clear documentation to ensure timely delivery of intuitive, accessible digital solutions.

Design, develop and support system-to-system integrations using C#/.NET and .NET 6+. Build two-way data interchange, consume and create REST APIs (JSON/XML), write unit tests, use Git and CI/CD, collaborate with BAs and stakeholders, produce technical documentation, troubleshoot and support integration testing. 12-month fixed term in Darwin; WWCC and Police Check required.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology projects: planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, change control, and reporting. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, registers and artefacts; run governance forums and workshops; support change management; liaise with vendors, SMEs and technical teams to ensure successful implementation within budget, timelines and quality standards.

Lead stabilization and modernization of the IT function: define operating model, create technology roadmap, establish governance and demand management, reduce technical debt, improve IT service delivery and cyber governance, assess team capability, recommend resourcing, build executive and stakeholder alignment, and deliver KPIs and transition plans to enable a future ERP transformation.

Lead network infrastructure projects including deployment of switching and routing solutions. Ensure compliance in secure environments, optimize routing configurations, manage incident resolution, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Lead testing for a large digital transformation: develop test strategies/plans/cases, execute system/integration/UAT/PVT/regression testing, automate suites with TestComplete, perform API and data validation, manage defects in JIRA, coordinate UAT with stakeholders, and mentor junior testers.

Provide Level 2/3 technical support and specialist advice across enterprise Linux/Windows environments and Atlassian platforms. Lead Atlassian Server-to-Cloud migrations, perform systems analysis, implement complex changes, troubleshoot issues, produce technical documentation, and support ITIL-aligned change, incident, and problem management. Participate in after-hours maintenance when required.

Provide hands-on network engineering support for enterprise and government environments: troubleshoot switching/routing/firewall issues, manage BGP and IPsec VPNs, maintain wireless infrastructure, respond to escalations, implement changes/upgrades, monitor performance, update documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and government clients to ensure secure, compliant solutions.

The Data Analyst will analyze complex datasets, develop reports, collaborate with stakeholders, perform data cleansing, and support business planning to deliver actionable insights.

Work with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, model current and future processes, support solution design, testing, change readiness, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

Lead quality assurance, release management, deployment planning, and operational readiness across multiple ICT initiatives. Develop frameworks, coordinate releases, run go-live assessments, produce deployment/runbook documentation, monitor quality metrics and risks, and drive continuous improvement to ensure secure, business-ready production transitions.

Manage, secure, and optimise IT infrastructure; develop and support Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environments; maintain documentation; provide end-user support, training, and customer-focused troubleshooting across networking, Active Directory and VOIP solutions.

Design, deploy and support secure, scalable Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments. Provide 2nd/3rd level support for AD/Azure AD, AVD, M365, Exchange, and Windows Server. Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform/Bicep), manage incidents end-to-end, optimise system performance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors while ensuring compliance and strong customer service.

Provide Level 2/3 technical support and escalation for Microsoft 365, Azure and on-prem infrastructure. Administer servers, virtualization, networking, security and backup/DR, automate with PowerShell, produce documentation, mentor onsite ICT resource, support incident response and participate in after-hours critical support.
