Your role
As a Frontend Developer at Centiro, you will play a key role in shaping and building high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to create seamless, scalable solutions that balance functionality, performance, and design.
You will take the lead in driving frontend architecture decisions, advocate for modern web development best practices, and help shape a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Additionally, you’ll guide and facilitate workshops and discussions to explore new technologies and improve development workflows. Your influence will help elevate the team, ensuring we push the boundaries of digital experiences while fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Your responsibilities
Build and optimize responsive, scalable, and accessible web applications.
Collaborate with UX designers and backend developers to create intuitive user interfaces.
Drive frontend architecture and ensure code quality through best practices and testing.
Lead workshops to explore new technologies and improve workflows.
Stay ahead of frontend trends and advocate for performance and usability improvements.
Who you are
Experienced: 5+ years in frontend development, ideally with complex systems.
Tech-savvy: Expertise in frameworks (Angular and/or React) and modern web tech. We use Angular at Centiro.
Strategic mindset: Strategic thinker who delivers long-term and effective solutions.
Collaborative: Thrive in agile teams where feedback and teamwork drive success.
User-focused: Passionate about performance, usability, details and delivering outstanding digital experiences.
AI-assisted development tools: You use AI to accelerate delivery, increase quality and elevate creativity. You are fully onboard using AI as a powerful partner in your workflow.

Skills Required
- 5+ years in frontend development, ideally with complex systems
- Expertise in Angular and/or React (Angular used at Centiro)
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience building responsive, scalable, and accessible web applications
- Experience driving frontend architecture and ensuring code quality and testing
- Experience collaborating in agile teams with UX designers and backend developers
- Familiarity and active use of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and quality
