Manage IRIS program document submission inboxes, create and route work requests, review and locate documents for retention, manage escalations, communicate with customers and coworkers, and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and service.

Create and maintain internal and external policy documents, work instructions, templates, and educational materials. Manage daily operations of the Pediatric Skilled Nursing program including supervising clinical and non-licensed staff, staff development, scheduling and census management, intake and care planning, regulatory compliance (DHS 105, DCF 251), billing and prior authorization coordination, policy and procedure development, and partnership with community and transportation staff to ensure safe, high-quality pediatric care.
