Serves as the primary employee relations contact, advising employees and leaders on workplace concerns, performance management, investigations, discipline, conflict resolution, and compliance. Partners with union and non-union teams, supports frontline workforce engagement, analyzes workforce trends, contributes to strategic HR initiatives, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and HRIS functions. Maintains employee records and supports feedback and engagement programs.

Provides crisis intervention and stabilization services to adults experiencing psychiatric crises. Identifies clinical and social needs, connects consumers with community resources, completes referrals and documentation, supports crisis de-escalation, and participates in team leadership, staff training, intern supervision, and community education. The role includes on-call responsibilities and contributes to 24/7 crisis response coverage.

Provides crisis intervention and stabilization services to adults experiencing psychiatric crises. Conducts individual and group sessions, assesses safety and treatment needs, coordinates referrals and outpatient services, monitors symptoms, documents care, and participates in rotating on-call coverage. The clinician also supports staff training, community education, referral triage, and linkage to mental health and community resources.

Leads the finance function, including financial reporting, billing, vendor payments, treasury, budgeting, audits, tax reporting, and internal controls. Supervises finance staff, coordinates with auditors and external service providers, ensures compliance with nonprofit funding requirements, and presents financial results to leadership and oversight committees. The role also develops project plans, implements accounting improvements, safeguards organizational assets, and oversees employee performance and development.

Administer and secure Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, Purview and on-prem Windows servers. Monitor security posture, investigate alerts, manage identity/access (Entra ID, PIM, MFA), enforce policies, maintain documentation and compliance evidence, support remediation and infrastructure projects, and participate in IT on-call rotation.

Manage daily operations of the Pediatric Skilled Nursing program including supervising clinical and non-licensed staff, staff development, scheduling and census management, intake and care planning, regulatory compliance (DHS 105, DCF 251), billing and prior authorization coordination, policy and procedure development, and partnership with community and transportation staff to ensure safe, high-quality pediatric care.

Support IRIS participants to self-direct long-term care goals through home visits and phone contacts; complete ISSP, CIR, NOA and other documentation; coordinate providers and community supports; assist with Medicaid eligibility paperwork; attend trainings; provide coverage and training to other consultants; travel up to 50%.

Provides case management and psychosocial rehabilitation for adults with serious mental illness: develops and implements treatment plans, monitors medication compliance, provides crisis intervention, coordinates community resources and entitlements, documents care in EHR, assists with housing and daily living skills, and participates in team meetings and quality activities.

Provide community-based case management and psychosocial rehabilitation for individuals with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans, monitor medication compliance, provide crisis intervention, coordinate community resources and housing supports, maintain documentation and billing, participate in team meetings, and transport clients as needed.

Serve as a strategic recruitment partner delivering full-cycle hiring across high-volume, entry-level to executive roles. Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, manage candidate experience, use ATS and analytics, partner with hiring managers, and support onboarding and retention.
