The Project Editor manages publications and educational programs, overseeing all stages from planning to final output while performing editing and quality checks.

The Publishing Office and Project Coordinator coordinates publishing activities, manages vendor relationships, updates publishing files and bibliographic information, and supports author acquisition and project management tasks.

The Accountant will manage payroll, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist with audits, and support budgeting activities while ensuring compliance with financial policies and GAAP.

Lead CRS's Publishing House to ensure editorial excellence, brand integrity, and a steady publishing pipeline. Oversee acquisitions, manuscript review, budgeting, production, design, vendor relations, and cross-department collaboration to deliver on-time, on-budget print and digital products while managing and developing editorial and production staff.

Support design and product teams to create user-centered web and digital products: conduct user research and testing, create wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and visual assets. Ensure accessibility (WCAG), maintain core website functions (content updates, performance, hosting, DNS), configure and support virtual events (Zoom), collaborate cross-functionally, and provide documentation for developers to implement features and improve UX.

The Editor/Writer supports the Publications department by developing, writing, editing, and proofreading content for various publications, managing deadlines, and collaborating across teams.
