The Project Editor manages publications and educational programs, overseeing all stages from planning to final output while performing editing and quality checks.

Plan and execute social media, email, and Google Ads campaigns; manage HubSpot and Meta Ads for scheduling, lists, workflows and reporting; create content, edit short-form media, maintain website content and analytics, and support events and external communications.

Design and typeset print and digital materials—primarily books and marketing collateral. Prepare interiors and covers, manage prepress files, retouch images, create graphics, and collaborate with editorial, production, and marketing teams. Maintain file organization, support artist sourcing, and produce internal collateral. Portfolio required.
