Provide classroom instructional support to students with disabilities, follow therapeutic and behavioral plans, assist with daily living activities and mobility, communicate student progress, and cover teacher duties as needed while adhering to care protocols.

May cover class when teacher is absent and work with therapists and behavior staff to meet individual goals.

Support classroom instruction and student care at a preschool for individuals with disabilities. Assist with direct instruction, ADLs (toileting, feeding, dressing), mobility and therapeutic goals, data recording, behavior plan implementation, and may supervise class when teacher is absent.

Support teachers and therapists in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with severe disabilities. Lead the classroom in the teacher's absence, prepare materials, provide direct instruction and custodial care, and enter IEP Direct data. Participate in a 10-month program plus a mandatory six-week summer program.

Provide job development, intensive and extended job training, advocacy and personal support for individuals in Supported Employment. Follow directions, communicate clearly, perform basic math, and apply knowledge of weights/measures. Requires driving with own vehicle and lifting up to 50 pounds. Education or vocational experience and one year working with people with developmental disabilities required.

Provide comprehensive family primary care to a diverse, medically complex patient population across all ages. Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with 32 patient-care hours weekly (approx. 16–20 patients/day). Participate in a 1-in-3 rotating on-call schedule and rotating afternoon assignment at St. Margaret's Center. Complete clinical documentation and billing within 48 hours. Work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment serving individuals with disabilities and the wider community.

Provide nursing services in a clinic, assist RNs with assessments, follow CHC policies and procedures, maintain required licensure and CPR certification, and perform patient handling tasks (able to lift 50 pounds).

Provide daily habilitation and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, support interdisciplinary planning, promote independence and dignity, assist with residential services, and complete required certifications and trainings.

Oversee and supervise residential programs across the Capital Region, ensuring regulatory compliance, 24/7 support for individuals served, staff supervision, adequate staffing levels, and effective budget management to deliver high-quality services and community engagement.

Coordinate and lead educational and vocational programming for adults with developmental disabilities; serve as interdisciplinary team leader, provide direct care as needed, and assist directors with daily program operations and staff assignments.

Engineer, maintain, and automate endpoint management using Microsoft Intune/MEM and Windows Autopilot. Package and deploy Win32/MSI apps, develop PowerShell remediation scripts, monitor device health, support security/compliance with Azure AD and Conditional Access, document procedures, and partner with IT teams to improve support and reliability.

Manage high-volume recruitment by coordinating interviews, candidate communications, sourcing, posting jobs, participating in hiring events, maintaining Workday records, and supporting HR/Talent Acquisition with administrative tasks to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Provide clinical direction and supervision to clinicians in the Children Services division; collaborate with program management and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, state-of-the-art, cost-effective services for children with developmental and physical disabilities and their families.

Provide administrative and clinical support for a disability services practice: scheduling, insurance/billing tracking, EMR scheduling, confirmation calls, patient enrollment, instrument/equipment upkeep, assisting clinicians with transfers and sessions, and maintaining clinical space. Reports to Director of Clinical Services.

Oversee and implement agency quality assurance and improvement programs, monitor program/service adequacy, manage incident investigations, develop quality indicators and tools, analyze trends and follow-up, ensure regulatory compliance, and support evidence-based safety initiatives. Participate in on-call rotation and integrate QI plans across services.

Prepare timely, accurate reconciliations and third-party reporting; gather financial and statistical data; monitor grant expenses and budgets; collaborate with program staff on budgets; support contract processes including vendor and spend analysis, bid preparation, and contract preparation for legal review.

Lead development and execution of written and digital marketing content, manage vendors and ad campaigns, produce multimedia (photos/video), maintain website/CMS, and grow audience through data-driven social media and digital strategies. Attend events to capture promotional content and support organizational positioning.
