Manages employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, policy interpretation, employment-law compliance, and corrective actions. Advises managers and employees, conducts investigations, maintains confidential case records, supports training and organizational development, manages unemployment claims, and analyzes workforce trends to recommend improvements that strengthen engagement and reduce organizational risk.

Supervise aquatic activities and provide lifeguard coverage for individuals with disabilities. Teach adaptive swim programs, train and evaluate lifeguards and staff, maintain pool chemical balance and sanitation, inspect safety equipment, assist clients with transfers and flotation devices, organize pool activities, and complete incident reporting and corrective actions.

The Chief Accountant performs account reconciliations, maintains financial records, prepares third-party and regulatory reports, monitors grant expenses, develops program budgets, and supports vendor and contract processes. Provide clinical direction and supervision to clinicians in the Children Services division; collaborate with program management and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, state-of-the-art, cost-effective services for children with developmental and physical disabilities and their families.

Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for foot and lower-extremity conditions, including diagnosis, surgical treatment, prescriptions, preventive education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes, especially for individuals with developmental disabilities.
