Prepare, review, and manage contracts and legal correspondence for the General Counsel; perform legal research; draft legal documents; maintain contract and legal files; manage assigned legal projects and other duties as assigned.

Hands-on mechanical engineer responsible for translating concepts into functional prototypes: design mechanical components and assemblies, operate shop equipment (3D printers, CNC, mills, lathes), fabricate and test prototypes, iterate designs for manufacturability, document workflows, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to move projects from concept to validated products.

Support preschool teacher in instructional and direct-care activities for students with disabilities. Assist with classroom management, daily living tasks, mobility and therapeutic goals, data recording, behavioral plan implementation, and assume teacher responsibility when needed. Follow protocols and collaborate with therapists and support staff.
