Manage and supervise residential programs across the Capital Region, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality care, staff supervision, adequate staffing, budget management, and a supportive 24/7 environment for individuals served.

Support teachers by preparing materials, providing direct instruction, and assisting students with individualized education plan (IEP) goals. Perform custodial and physical care as needed, including lifting students, and obtain required state teaching assistant certification.

Live-in camp support staff for Camp Clover Patch providing meal preparation and dishwashing, stocking dining supplies, daily groundskeeping, and general maintenance. Housing and food provided; requires living on-site six days per week. Seasonal role from 5/30/2026 to 7/17/2026 with a $3,750 stipend for seven weeks.
