The Recruiter manages high-volume hiring activities, partners with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition staff, coordinates interviews and candidate communications, supports offers, posts openings, sources candidates, and participates in recruitment events. The role serves as a primary candidate contact, maintains accurate records in Workday, and provides administrative support while ensuring organized, timely, and compliant recruitment processes.

Oversee and supervise residential programs across the Capital Region, ensuring regulatory compliance, 24/7 support for individuals served, staff supervision, adequate staffing levels, and effective budget management to deliver high-quality services and community engagement.
