Leads CAT’s global regulatory strategy and public affairs capability for genome editing and other advanced aquaculture technologies. Builds relationships with regulators, policymakers, industry groups, clients, and other stakeholders; monitors evolving regulatory frameworks; advises executives on policy, market access, and commercial risks; and integrates regulatory considerations into R&D and commercialization. The role also develops regulatory intelligence, coordinates external expertise, and supports responsible technology adoption through significant domestic and international travel.
