Teams at The Center for Aquaculture Technologies (CAT)

Assists with developing SNP panels and genotyping assays, preparing and quality-checking NGS libraries, performing high-throughput DNA extraction, troubleshooting laboratory processes, and deploying automation to improve throughput. Collaborates with scientists and technicians, supports training, maintains equipment and inventories, sources supplies, and follows detailed protocols in a fast-paced production laboratory.
