Provide onsite systems administration for clients: install, configure, maintain and back up hardware/software, troubleshoot servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS), Exchange/SQL, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking (routers, switches, firewalls), remote access (VPN, Citrix), and security solutions including endpoint protection and MDR.

Coordinate IT projects from proposal handoff through implementation: create and maintain project plans and installation schedules, assign resources, run kickoff meetings, communicate scope and budget changes, escalate risks, and liaise between clients, sales, and technical teams.

Support business development executives by running marketing campaigns, performing outbound client outreach via phone and email, tracking engagement and opportunities in HubSpot, assisting with quotes, and delivering timely, service-oriented communications to generate new clients.

Provide design, installation, and advanced support of client server, storage, and network infrastructure. Troubleshoot server applications (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS), Microsoft business apps (Exchange, SQL), remote access solutions, Azure/EntraID/M365, SharePoint/Teams, VMware, and LAN/WAN and security devices. Recommend improvements, review engineering deliverables, and collaborate with sales on client strategy. Perform on-site client visits as required.

Identify and qualify prospective clients for cybersecurity, managed IT, and Microsoft solutions using outbound outreach, relationship building, CRM tracking, proposals, and sales processes to close opportunities.
